- 2 lb. fresh carrots or 2 cans (16 oz.) carrots
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 medium onion
- 1 can cream of tomato soup
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Clean carrots with vegetable brush; slice the fresh carrots (not too large).

2Steam fresh carrots or drain canned carrots. Slice green bell pepper and onion into rings.

3Combine with cooked carrots.

4Combine all other ingredients and pour over vegetables. Let stand in refrigerator overnight.
