- 5 c. sliced carrots (about 2 lb.)
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 can tomato soup
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Cook carrots (just barely tender).

2Drain and cool; add onion and pepper.

3Mix all other ingredients.

4Pour all over carrots. Let set 12 hours in refrigerator.

5Drain all liquid.

6Store in refrigerator.

7Will keep 2 or 3 months.

8Reserve liquid.

9May be used for another batch of carrots.
