- 5 c. carrots, sliced diagonally or into crinkles
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 red onion, sliced into rings
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/2 c. oil
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. white vinegar
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Blanch carrots until crisp, about 6 to 8 minutes and drain. Add green pepper and onion.

2Mix remaining ingredients and pour over carrots, green pepper and onion, mix and chill.

3Will keep 10 days.
