- 5 c. sliced carrots
- 1 medium onion
- 1 green pepper
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can undiluted tomato soup
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Cook carrots to barely cooked; cool.

2Mix sliced onions, green pepper and carrots.

3Mix remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.

4Cool.

5Pour mixture over carrot mixture.

6Cover and marinate 12 hours.

7This dish can keep in refrigerator for 1 week.
