  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/3 c. vegetable oil
  • 2 (16 oz.) cans miniature carrots
  • 2 (16 oz.) cans French-cut green beans
  • 1 (4 oz.) mushrooms
  • 1/2 c. onion
  • 1 green pepper, diced

Directions

    Boil dressing ingredients until sugar dissolves.

    Cool.

    Drain vegetables and mix with dressing in large bowl.

    Store covered in refrigerator.
