  • 4 eggs
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. butter
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 c. boiling milk (or microwave 3 minutes and remove scum)
  • 1 1/2 c. peanut butter
  • 16 oz. milk chocolate

    Beat together eggs, sugar and vanilla.

    Add flour, butter, baking powder and milk.

    a thin cake batter.) Pour into large greased cookie sheet.

    Bake at 350° for 15 to 25 minutes.

    While cake is hot, spread peanut butter over cake. Allow to harden in refrigerator.
