- 1 1/2 c. light mild flavored molasses
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 tsp. cider vinegar
Directions

1Combine molasses, sugar, butter and vinegar.

2Cook, constantly stirring slowly until mixture reaches 260° or candy hard ball stage.

3Remove from heat and pour into greased pan or platter. When cool enough to handle, butter hands and pull until light golden color.

4Cut in 2-inch strips and let harden.

5Wrap individually in wax paper and refrigerate.

6If you like nuts, can also be added before putting into platter.
