Ingredients

  • 2 lb. carrots
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 chopped bell pepper
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 3/4 c. vinegar
  • 1 c. oil
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper

    Slice and cook carrots in water with no salt, just until tender.
