  • 1 lb. cooked, sliced carrots
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 can tomato soup
  • 1/4 c. vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. salad oil
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. mustard
