- 2 lb. carrots
- 1 green pepper
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. oil
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 1 large onion
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Cook carrots (sliced diagonally) until barely done.

2Slice onion and separate into rings.

3Slice green pepper in slivers. Make sauce with remaining ingredients.

4Pour over vegetables. Marinate overnight.
