- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. tomato soup
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 onion (optional)
- 1 green pepper (optional)
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Cook carrots not quite done.

2Mix other ingredients in a blender.

3Drain carrots and pour mixture over carrots.

4Alternate layers of carrots, pepper and onion.

5Let stand overnight.

6Will keep, refrigerated, for weeks.
