- 2 lb. carrots
- 1 can tomato soup
- 3 small onions, sliced
- 1 green pepper, sliced
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 3/4 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1/4 c. salad oil
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Peel and slice carrots very thin.

2Cook until just tender in unsalted water.

3Do not overcook. Drain well.

4Add tomato soup and stir.

5Combine all other ingredients and add.

6Chill overnight. This can be kept for two to three weeks.
