  • 2 lb. carrots
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 3 small onions, sliced
  • 1 green pepper, sliced
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 3/4 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 1/4 c. salad oil
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

    Peel and slice carrots very thin.

    Cook until just tender in unsalted water.

    Do not overcook. Drain well.

    Add tomato soup and stir.

    Combine all other ingredients and add.

    Chill overnight. This can be kept for two to three weeks.
