- 2 lb. carrots, cleaned and sliced, cook until tender, drain
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 c. chopped green peppers
- 1/2 c. sliced onion
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
Directions

1Marinate carrots in tomato soup mixture for 8 hours.

2Freeze if desired and just heat.

3Mix together and heat after marinated. Can be served hot or cold.
