Marinated Carrots

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. carrots, cleaned and sliced, cook until tender, drain
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1/2 c. salad oil
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/2 c. chopped green peppers
  • 1/2 c. sliced onion
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar

Directions

    Marinate carrots in tomato soup mixture for 8 hours.

    Freeze if desired and just heat.

    Mix together and heat after marinated. Can be served hot or cold.
