- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, chopped or in rings
Directions

1Peel, slice and cook carrots until tender in boiling, salted water.

3Heat soup, vinegar, sugar and oil to boiling. Pour over carrots, onion and pepper.
