- 5 c. sliced carrots
- 1 medium onion
- 1 small green pepper
- 1 can tomato soup (10 3/4 oz.)
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 1 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Cook carrots until tender.

2Drain and cool.

3Cut onion and pepper in slices and mix with carrots.

4Combine all ingredients. Pour marinade over vegetables.

5Cover and marinate 12 hours or more.

6Drain and serve.
