- 2 lb. carrots
- 1 large onion
- 1 green pepper
- 1 (10 oz.) can tomato soup
- 1 c. sugar or 12 packets Sweet 'N Low
- 1/2 c. oil
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Cut carrots in strips or slice.

2Cook in small amount of water until barely tender.

3Drain and cool.

4Slice onion thin and cut green pepper into strips.

5Combine with carrots.

6Mix remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.

7Pour over carrots, onion and pepper.

8Chill for 3 hours or overnight.
