- 2 lb. fresh carrots, sliced thin
- 1 small green pepper, sliced in rings
- 1 medium onion, sliced thin in rings
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. mustard
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 c. Wesson oil
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Dice and boil carrots in salt water until tender.

2Drain and cool.

3Alternate or mix together layers of carrots, pepper rings and onion rings in container.

4Mix remaining ingredients and pour over vegetables.

5Cover and refrigerate.

6Will keep a week under refrigeration and is better if make several days ahead and allowed to marinate before serving.
