- 5 to 6 pieces yellow squash
- 1 egg
- 2 1/2 pieces bread
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 green onions, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Cut up squash in slices with onions.

2Let boil in water 20 minutes or until soft.

3Drain and mash liquid out of squash.

4In a casserole dish, break up bread into little pieces.

5Add butter, egg, salt and pepper.

6Add squash, cover and cook for 15 minutes or until heated well in 350° oven.
