  • 5 to 6 pieces yellow squash
  • 1 egg
  • 2 1/2 pieces bread
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 green onions, sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Cut up squash in slices with onions.

    Let boil in water 20 minutes or until soft.
  3. 3
    Drain and mash liquid out of squash.

    In a casserole dish, break up bread into little pieces.

    Add butter, egg, salt and pepper.

    Add squash, cover and cook for 15 minutes or until heated well in 350° oven.
