- 2 lb. sliced carrots, cooked but firm
- 2 onions, sliced thin (not cooked)
- 1 green pepper (not cooked)
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/4 c. salad oil
- 1/2 c. white vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. mustard
- 1/2 c. sugar
Directions

1Mix the tomato soup, oil, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard and sugar; heat well.

2Let cool.

3Pour over drained carrots, onions and pepper.

4Cover; let stand in refrigerator. Serve cold as a relish.

5Will keep well for at least 2 weeks.
