- 2 lb. fresh carrots
- 1 medium onion, sliced and separated into rings
- 1 green pepper, sliced
- 1 can tomato soup (undiluted)
- 1/3 c. salad oil
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 tsp. dill weed (optional)
Directions

1Peel carrots.

2Slice in about 1/2-inch chunks and cook just until tender.

3Drain.

4Add pepper slices and onion rings and mix together in a container suitable for refrigerator storage.
