  • 2 lb. fresh carrots
  • 1 medium onion, sliced and separated into rings
  • 1 green pepper, sliced
  • 1 can tomato soup (undiluted)
  • 1/3 c. salad oil
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1/2 tsp. dill weed (optional)
