  • 1 small green bell pepper
  • 5 c. carrots
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 3/4 c. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. salt and pepper
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. mustard
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

    Cook carrots and drain.

    Cool.

    Cut onion and bell pepper and mix with carrots.

    Mix other ingredients together and pour over vegetables.

    Cover and marinate for 12 hours or more.

    Will keep up to 2 or 3 weeks.
