- 1 small green bell pepper
- 5 c. carrots
- 1 can tomato soup
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 1 tsp. salt and pepper
- 1 medium onion
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. mustard
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Cook carrots and drain.

2Cool.

3Cut onion and bell pepper and mix with carrots.

4Mix other ingredients together and pour over vegetables.

5Cover and marinate for 12 hours or more.

6Will keep up to 2 or 3 weeks.
