- 4 large potatoes, diced
- 1 large onion, diced
- 1/4 c. celery, diced
- 2 to 3 lb. seafood (haddock, scallops and lobster)
- 1 can canned milk or 2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- sprinkle of parsley flakes
Directions

1Combine potatoes, onion and celery; add just enough water to cover.

2Add seasonings and sprinkle with parsley flakes.

3Cook until potatoes are almost tender.

4(Don't drain.)

5Add 1/2 to 1 stick margarine or butter.

6Heat in separate pan one can of canned milk or 2 cups regular milk until hot and then add to potato mixture.

7Add fresh seafood and continue cooking until fish flakes and scallops, etc. are done (approximately 10 to 15 minutes).
