- 5 c. carrots, cooked until tender and drained
- 1 large bell pepper, sliced
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1/2 c. oil
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. salad mustard
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Mix the following together and bring to a boil:

2oil, vinegar, tomato soup, sugar, pepper, salt, salad mustard and Worcestershire sauce.

3After boiling, let cool.

4Layer carrots, then peppers and onions.

5Repeat and pour sauce until gone.

6Make sure it covers completely.

7Let chill overnight.
