Ingredients

  • 4 cans sliced carrots, drained
  • 2 medium size onions, sliced and separated into rings
  • 2 bell peppers, remove seeds and slice into rings and then half rings
  • 1 (10 oz.) can tomato soup
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 c. salad oil
  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions

    Mix together carrots, onions and peppers.

    Mix other ingredients and pour over vegetables.

    Refrigerate for at least 12 hours.

    This will keep for weeks in the refrigerator.
