- 2 lb. carrots, sliced
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1/2 green pepper, sliced
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed tomato soup, undiluted
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 3/4 c. sugar (or less)
Directions

1Cook carrots in boiling water until tender.

2Drain.

3Combine carrots, onion and pepper.

4Set aside.

5Combine soup, vinegar, oil, mustard and sugar.

6Stir well.

7Pour over vegetables.

8Toss lightly.

9Refrigerate overnight.

10Will keep up to 2 weeks in refrigerator.
