- 6 to 8 large carrots
- 1 1/2 to 2 large green peppers
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/4 c. cooking oil
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. mustard
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 c. vinegar
Directions

1Cut carrots into slices and cook until tender.

2Cut onions and green peppers into thin slices.

3Heat other ingredients.

4Combine cooked carrots, onions and green peppers; pour heated mixture over and refrigerate 24 hours.

5Serve cold.
