- 2 lb. carrots
- 1 large green pepper
- 1 large sweet red onion
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 1/2 c. white vinegar
- 1 c. sugar
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

2carrots about 1/4-inch thick.

3Cook until tender (don't overcook), about 7 minutes.

5Cut up pepper and onion. Mix soups and sugar well, then add vinegar.
