- 1 onion
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. mustard
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. tomato soup
Directions

1Cook carrots until tender; drain and cool, then slice onion. Mix vinegar, oil, salt, pepper, mustard, sugar and tomato soup. Add to carrots and onions.

2Let set overnight in refrigerator.
