  • 2 lb. carrots
  • 1 onion
  • 3/4 c. vinegar
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. mustard
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. tomato soup

Directions

    Cook carrots until tender; drain and cool, then slice onion. Mix vinegar, oil, salt, pepper, mustard, sugar and tomato soup. Add to carrots and onions.
