- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1/2 c. Wesson oil
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 bell pepper, sliced thin
- 1/2 c. sugar
Directions

1Slice carrots in 1-inch sections and cook until slightly tender, about 15 minutes.

2Mix remaining ingredients in bowl. Drain carrots and turn into bowl while hot.

3Refrigerate in covered dish or in jars.
