- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen 5-minute cook cauliflower
- 1 envelope onion Italian mild, Italian or garlic salad mix
- vinegar, water and salad oil
- lettuce leaves
Directions

1Prepare cauliflower as directed on package; drain.

2Meanwhile, prepare salad dressing mix with vinegar, water and salad oil as directed.

3Lay lettuce leaves in bottom of bowl.

4Put cauliflower over lettuce and pour 1/2 cup salad dressing over vegetables. Chill at least 3 hours.

5Garnish with minced scallions and crumbled cooked bacon if desired.

6Makes about 2 cups or 3 servings.
