- 12 cup olive oil
- 12 cup white balsamic vinegar
- 3 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 2 tablespoons coarse grain mustard
- 3 tablespoons pesto sauce
- 12 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 (2 ounce) jar diced pimentos, drained
- 1 (8 ounce) package sharp cheddar cheese
- 8 ounces cream cheese
Directions

1Combine first eight ingredients in a bowl and blend together well to create a marinade.

2Slice cheddar block in 1/8 inch slices.

3Slice cream cheese block in 1/8 inch slices.

4Place cheeses in shallow baking dishes alternating cheddar and cream cheese slices.

5Pour marinade over cheese.

6Cover and marinate at least 24 hours.

7Serve by transferring sliced cheese on to platter.

8Pour marinade over top.

9Cooking time is marinating time.
