  • 1 (8 oz.) bottle Catalina French dressing
  • 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
  • 1 small jar peach or apricot preserves
  • 1 pkg. chicken (skinless, boneless)

    Mix first 3 ingredients together.

    Put meat in the mixture and marinate overnight.

    Check every few hours to be sure chicken is covered with mixture.

    Bake at 350° for approximately 45 minutes.
