- 1 c. white wine Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. pineapple juice
- 1/4 c. honey
- 2 lb. chicken wings, tips removed and discarded
- 1 scallion, shredded (for garnish)
Directions

1In large bowl, combiner white wine Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, pineapple juice and honey.

2Add the wings (whole or divided at joint) to marinade, turning to coat.

3Refrigerate 4 to 6 hours or overnight, turning occasionally.

4Drain.

5Reserve marinade. Bake 45 minutes at 350°, basting often with marinade.

6Sprinkle with scallion.
