  • 10 lb. chicken wings
  • 5 Tbsp. salt
  • 2/3 c. flour, sifted
  • 2 1/2 tsp. ajinomoto (m.s.g.)
  • 1 1/2 c. cornstarch
  • 10 eggs
  • 1/2 c. soy sauce
  • 2/3 c. onions, chopped
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 1/4 c. rice flour or Wondra flour

Directions

    Section wings at joints, discarding wing tips.

    Combine flour, salt, sugar, cornstarch, rice flour and ajinomoto.

    Beat eggs until well-blended.

    Add with onions and soy sauce to dry mixture and mix thoroughly.
