- 10 oz. soy sauce
- 1 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1/2 tsp. coarsely ground pepper
- 1 stick margarine
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 4 to 5 lb. chicken wings
Directions

1Combine all ingredients (except chicken) in saucepan.

2Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.

3Cool slightly.

4Put chicken wings into pan and pour marinade over wings.

5Marinate at least 24 hours in refrigerator.

6Bake at 400° for 30 to 40 minutes.

7Serves 6 to 8.
