Marinated Cod Teriyaki Recipe

- 2 tbsp. each teriyaki sauce and water
- 1 tbsp. plus dry sherry
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon grnd ginger
- 10 ounce. cod fillet
Directions

1In small bowl combine teriyaki sauce, water, sherry, garlic and ginger.

2Arrange fillet in 8x8 inch glass baking dish and pour teriyaki mix over fillet.

3Turn fish over to coat other side.

4Cover dish.

5Chill for 1 hour.

6Bake 350 degrees F. till flakes easily when tested with fork.
