- Italian seasoning
- flour
- 3 or 4 cans cream of mushroom soup
Directions

1Put uncooked deer in a pan.

2Add Italian seasoning to deer steak and leave overnight.

3Roll deer in flour.

4Fry until brown. Put in pan, then pour cream of mushroom soup over steak.

5Put in oven at 450° and bake for 45 minutes.

6Take out and serve.
