  • Italian seasoning
  • flour
  • 3 or 4 cans cream of mushroom soup

Directions

    Put uncooked deer in a pan.

    Add Italian seasoning to deer steak and leave overnight.

    Roll deer in flour.

    Fry until brown. Put in pan, then pour cream of mushroom soup over steak.

    Put in oven at 450° and bake for 45 minutes.

    Take out and serve.
