- 2 lb. fish fillets
- dry bread crumbs
- 1/3 c. tomato juice
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 c. ketchup
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- dash of pepper
- 1/2 tsp. celery salt
Directions

1Combine ingredients except fish and bread crumbs and cook 5 minutes.

2Cool and pour over fish.

3Marinate covered and refrigerate several hours.

4Remove fish, dip into bread crumbs and fry until brown and tender.
