  • 1/2 tsp. shredded lemon/lime peel
  • 1/4 c. lemon/lime juice
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. Fish/Chicken worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. cooking sherry or wine
  • 1/2 tsp. christopher garlic
  • 1/2 tsp. crushed thyme or rosemary

    Combine juices, oil, sauces and herbs together. Pour over fish and allow to marinate. Bake as desired.
