- 1 lb. flank steak
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1 Tbsp. peeled and grated fresh ginger root
Directions

1Score one side of steak, making shallow cuts in a crisscross pattern.

2Place steak in a shallow dish or plastic bag.

3Combine ingredients; pour over steak.

4Cover and refrigerate for 1 to 3 days or at room temperature for up to 3 hours.

5Grill over hot coals or broil 4 to 5 minutes each side.
