Ingredients
- 2 (1 to 1 1/4 lb.) flank steaks
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1/4 c. teriyaki sauce
- 1 Tbsp. minced onion
- 3 Tbsp. honey
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
Directions

1Prick both sides of steaks with fork and place in large shallow dish.

2Combine remaining ingredients; pour over steaks.

3Cover; marinate 24 hours in refrigerator, turning occasionally.

4(Can marinate for 4 to 6 hours and will taste just as good.)

5Remove steaks from marinade.

6Grill over hot coals 4 to 5 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness.

7Slice steaks across grain into thin slices.

8Good served with a rice casserole.

9Serves 6 to 8.
