  • 13 cups Light Soy Sauce
  • 4 cloves Garlic, Crushed Or Minced
  • 1 Tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoons Ground Black Pepper
  • 1- 1/2 pound Flank Steak
  • 8 ounces, weight Fresh Mushrooms, Sliced
  • 1- 1/4 cup Water
  • 1 package (about 1 Oz. Packet) Mushroom Gravy Mix

    In large ziplock, combine soy sauce, garlic, vinegar, olive oil, ginger, and black pepper.

    Pierce flank steak with a fork all over, or score with a knife.

    Put in ziplock, toss around a bit, leave on the counter for an hour or so.

    Put steak on a broiler pan and broil, flipping midway through.

    Aim to keep it about 3 from the heat element, and it should cook about 6 minutes each side.

    Youre looking for a temperature of around 145 degrees F. Remove it from the oven, cover it with foil, and let it rest.

    Use cooking spray on a medium skillet.

    Saute the mushrooms for about 2 minutes, then add the water and gravy mix.
