Marinated Flank Steak

  • 1- 1/2 pound Flank Steak
  • 1/2 cups Honey
  • 1/2 cups Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 cups Red Wine
  • 3 cloves Garlic, Pressed
  • 1/4 teaspoons Dried Rosemary, Crumbled
  • 1/4 teaspoons Chili Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons Pepper

Directions

    In a large zipper-topped plastic bag, mix together the honey, soy sauce, red wine, garlic, rosemary, chili powder, and pepper.

    Add the flank steak and marinate overnight in the fridge.

    Make sure you turn it at least once in the marinating process.

    Light the BBQ and let the coals get medium hot.

    Grill the steak for 7 minutes per side for medium rare, or to desired doneness.

    I also cook this under the broiler for about the same amount of time.

    Let stand for 10 minutes before slicing very thinly against the grain.
