- 1- 1/2 pound Flank Steak
- 1/2 cups Honey
- 1/2 cups Soy Sauce
- 1/2 cups Red Wine
- 3 cloves Garlic, Pressed
- 1/4 teaspoons Dried Rosemary, Crumbled
- 1/4 teaspoons Chili Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons Pepper
Directions

1In a large zipper-topped plastic bag, mix together the honey, soy sauce, red wine, garlic, rosemary, chili powder, and pepper.

2Add the flank steak and marinate overnight in the fridge.

3Make sure you turn it at least once in the marinating process.

4Light the BBQ and let the coals get medium hot.

5Grill the steak for 7 minutes per side for medium rare, or to desired doneness.

6I also cook this under the broiler for about the same amount of time.

7Let stand for 10 minutes before slicing very thinly against the grain.
