Ingredients

  • 8 Pork Chops, the ones we used were approximately 1/2 inch thick
  • 1 Cup Cranberry Juice, we've used apple juice before; we preferred the cranberry juice
  • 1/2 Cup Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 Cup of Heated Honey, I heated it to get a thinner consistency in order for it to mix well with the other ingredients
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Lime Juice
  • 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 4 -5 dashes of Tabasco Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Onion Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
  • No Salt, the soy sauce is salty enough
