Marinated & Grilled Tempeh

  • 3 oz. , cut into 1-inch slices
  • 1 leek, trimmed and split in half lengthwise
  • 1 carrot, peeled and sliced in half lengthwise
  • 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Lite House Italian Dressing
  • 1/3 cup instant brown rice, uncooked
  • 8 oz. nonfat yogurt, favorite flavor
  • 8 fl oz (1 cup) drinking water

Directions

    Heat grill or broiler.

    Using a basting brush, coat all sides of tempeh, leeks and carrots with salad dressing; cover and set aside.

    Place tempeh and vegetables on grill across the grates lengthwise, or on broiler pan.

    Grill each side about 5 min., basting with remaining marinade.

    Cook rice according to package instructions.

    Enjoy yogurt with meal or as dessert.

    Serve a glass of water with meal.
