- 1 jar marinated artichoke hearts
- 1 or 2 tsp. oil
- Ken's house vinaigrette
- water
Directions

1Place oil at bottom of large saucepan.

2Heat slightly.

3Cut leaves of kale.

4Throw away stems.

5Place kale in oil with 1 to 2 tablespoons of water.

6Cover.

7(Check frequently, keep adding water.)

8Drain marinade of artichokes into saucepan.

9(Cut some artichoke in with kale).

10Cover.

11Check frequently, adding water when needed.

12Add 1 tablespoon of Ken's dressing; cook.
