- 1 cup wild rice (6 ounces)
- 4 cups water
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 cup raisins
- 12 cup walnuts, chopped
- 12 cup fresh apple, chuncks
- 12 cup butter, melted
- 14 cup orange juice
Directions

1Combine rice and water.

2Cook according to directions on box.

3Then mix cooked rice with crumbs, raisins, walnuts and apple chunkes.

4Combine the melted butter and orange juice and add this mixture to the other mixture and stir well.

5Place the stuffing in the bird to be cooked or bake in a covered casserole dish in a preheated 325 degrees oven between 30 to 45 minutes.
