  • 3/4 cup salad oil
  • 3/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley finely
  • 2 cloves garlic crushed
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
