Ingredients
- 1 lb. small fresh mushrooms
- 3/4 c. salad oil
- 1/2 c. wine vinegar (slightly less)
- 1/4 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. minced onion (kind in jar)
- 1/4 tsp. minced garlic (kind in jar)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 (3 oz.) jar green stuffed olives
Directions

1Rinse, pat dry and halve mushrooms, place in a large bowl. In a saucepan, combine oil, vinegar, water, onion, garlic, salt, oregano and pepper.

2Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.

3Pour hot marinade over mushrooms.

4Stir in olives and their liquid, mix well and pack in quart jar.

5Refrigerate at least 2 days.
