- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. water
- dash of bottled hot pepper sauce
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 2 (6 oz.) cans mushroom crowns, drained
Directions

1Combine all ingredients except mushrooms and bring to a boil (stovetop or microwave).

2Add marinade to mushrooms, cover and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.
